Are you a numbers nerd who finds satisfaction in balanced spreadsheets and perfectly timed reports? 🧮 We’re looking for a sharp, detail-loving HOA Accountant to keep our communities’ financials dialed in, support homeowners with payment questions, and help us deliver polished monthly reports like clockwork. ⏱️

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Process and code vendor invoices

✔️ Cut checks, enter owner payments, and make deposits

✔️ Reconcile HOA accounts and maintain clean financial records

✔️ Make journal entries for prepaids, accrued expenses, and other monthly activity

✔️ Assist homeowners with questions about dues, payments, and the owner portal 💬

✔️ Send accurate monthly financial reports to HOA boards by the 15th 🗓️

✔️ Support the GM and step in for A/P or A/R tasks when needed

✔️ Keep vendor records up to date and handle communications professionally

✔️ Help us keep operations smooth, efficient, and on time 💼

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

✅ Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate

✅ Monday–Friday | Choose your vibe: 8–4, 9–5, or 10–6

✅ $22–24/hr DOE 💵

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Prior accounting and HOA experience

✔️ Comfortable with QuickBooks Online, Excel, Word (bonus if you know CINC!)

✔️ A spreadsheet-slaying, deadline-loving, detail-obsessed pro

✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills

✔️ A team player with a sense of humor who loves getting things done right
