🔎 About the Role

As our Owner Services & Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a key role in handling vendor invoices, processing payments, and supporting homeowners with questions about dues, payments, and the owner portal. You’ll work closely with our property managers and accounting team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

📝 What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Processing and coding invoices for our client HOAs
✔️ Cutting checks & reconciling accounts to keep financials accurate
✔️ Handling vendor communications and maintaining up-to-date records
✔️ Providing top-tier support to homeowners regarding dues and payments
✔️ Sorting mail, filing, and assisting with administrative tasks
✔️ Working with property managers and stepping in for our accounts receivable clerk when needed

 📅 Schedule & Pay

✅ Full-time – Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
✅ $21-$23/hr DOE 💰 + opportunities for raises & advancement
✅ Health insurance + PTO (because work-life balance matters!)

 🛠 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience preferred but not required – accounting & HOA experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
✔️ QuickBooks Online, Word, and Excel proficiency
✔️ Strong attention to detail – you double-check everything and love keeping things organized
✔️ Problem-solver & self-starter – you take initiative and figure things out
✔️ Team player with a sense of humor – we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
