We’re hiring a Clubhouse Attendant for Bear Hollow Village—a key role where you’ll help maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for residents and guests while representing the K&K brand with pride.

This is a seasonal, part-time position with a consistent schedule and a huge opportunity for the right person to grow within our fast-paced, fun-loving team.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Greet and assist guests and residents at the clubhouse

✔️ Monitor keycard entry system and enforce clubhouse rules (politely but firmly)

✔️ Socialize with owners and guests while maintaining a visible presence

✔️ Complete daily cleaning of clubhouse: dusting, wiping down, and removing trash from bathrooms, kitchen, trash, fitness room, floors, etc.

✔️ Close and secure the building at the end of your shift

✔️ Clean and monitor the pool area in summer, hot tub year-round (covering, straightening furniture, removing trash/debris)

✔️ Keep the fireplace and business center tidy and stocked

✔️ Inventory supplies and report needs to management

✔️ Take out trash bins weekly and perform general upkeep

✔️ Follow all procedures and never bend the rules—owners count on consistency and professionalism

Bonus perk: When things are slow, you’re welcome to use the fitness room for up to 30 minutes per shift!

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time seasonal role

• Shifts are 2 PM – 10 PM

• Weekends and holidays required (role is Saturday & Sunday)

• $19–21/hr DOE

• PTO (pro-rated), flexible and supportive work environment

• Dental, vision, & health insurance options for employees working 32+ hours/week

• Additional positions open within the company if you’re looking for more hours
