🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Assisting our General Manager with everything from email triage to project execution (think: presentations, reports, meeting prep, spreadsheets)

✔️ Helping homeowners with questions about dues, payments, and the owner portal

✔️ Entering payments and invoices, making deposits, and issuing checks

✔️ Providing admin support to our property managers

✔️ Handling vendor records, communications, and file organization

✔️ Occasionally standing in for accounting team members and tackling other admin tasks as needed

✔️ Running errands (Heber and Midway-based), sorting mail, and keeping the office vibe awesome

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

✅ Full-time preferred, but we’re open to part-time for the right person

✅ Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM / 9 AM–5 PM / 10 AM–6 PM – pick your pace!

✅ $22–$24/hr DOE 💰

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Someone who’s organized AF and doesn’t drop balls

✔️ Confident with MS Word & Excel (QuickBooks and Canva = bonus points!)

✔️ Prior HOA or accounting experience = great, but we’ll train the right person

✔️ Self-starter, solution-finder, professional communicator

✔️ You’ve got a sense of humor, and you’re not afraid to use it
