This service includes preparation of an official HOA payoff statement for a specific property in connection with a sale or refinance.
The payoff statement reflects the owner’s account balance as of the date of issuance, including assessments, late fees, fines (if applicable), and other charges on record. The statement will also indicate any known pending assessments at the time of preparation.
Standard processing time is up to ten (10) business days from receipt of payment and a complete request.
This service applies to one property and one transaction only. Updated payoff statements requested after issuance may require an additional fee.
This listing does not include lender questionnaires, condo certifications, resale certificates, or governing documents, which must be requested separately.
This service includes completion of lender-required HOA questionnaires or condominium certifications in connection with a real estate sale or refinance.
Lender forms vary significantly in scope and complexity and require manual review of Association records. Completion includes verification of insurance, assessments, reserves, pending litigation (if applicable), and other Association data as requested.
Standard processing time is up to ten (10) business days from receipt of payment and a complete submission. Following purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on how to submit your questionnaire for processing.
Extended or highly customized lender forms exceeding standard scope may require additional review time or fees. If applicable, you will be notified before work proceeds.
This service does not include owner-specific payoff balances or HOA disclosure documents, which must be requested separately.
